🔄 RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your print.
If something isn’t right, we’ll help.
1. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your print arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours
Provide a description + photos of the damage
We will replace the item free of charge
2. Change of Mind Returns
Because prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
Change of mind
Wrong size ordered
Not liking the colour once printed
This complies with UK “made-to-order goods” law.
3. Incorrect Orders
If we send the wrong item:
Contact us within 7 days
We will send a replacement or refund you fully
4. Lost Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive:
Let us know
After courier investigation, we will resend or refund
5. Refund Timeframes
Once approved, refunds take 3–7 working days to return to your payment method.
